Dr. Islam Ahmad is a Consultant Physical Therapist with a Master's in Neurology from Cairo University and Founder of SmartPhysio International (London, UK, est. 2001). He is President of SPRA, creator of Rafiq AI, former Head of the PT Department at Al-Zawia Public Hospital, former Hospital Manager Assistant in Cairo, and civilian PT specialist with the Egyptian Armed Forces. He holds the FIFA Football Medicine Diploma (2020–2021) and has lectured internationally. A formal web developer since 2001, founder of Economist Middle East journal, and former CEO of Al-Omma TV on NileSat (2006–2013).
